Factory reset GoPro hero6, factory resets your GoPro hero 6 settings,clears your connections and de-registers your GoPro hero 6 camera from your GoPro Plus account. This will not delete your pictures and videos.
From the main screen, swipe down.
Tap Preferences - Factory Reset - Reset.
In addition to Camera Defaults, this resets date/time, camera username/password, and unregisters the device from your GoPro Plus account
