How To Use M-FLASH for MSI Single BIOS/UEFI With USB Pen Drive

How to update/flash msi bios/uefi with m-flash using a USB flash drive/USB pen drive. How to flash bios MSI X299 SLI Plus motherboard.

Notes:

1. You don't have to flash or update the bios/uefi if your not having issues it's just a good idea because it keeps you updated and can fix hardware and compatibility issues.

2. Your USB drive does not need to be bootable. (You don't need to create a bootable USB pen drive) you only need to format the usb drive and then copy the bios/uefi flash files to the root directory on a flash drive.

3. Use a 16GB USB flash/pen drive and format it to FAT32 or try NTFS, copy all bios/uefi flash files to your USB flash drive root directory, formatting FAT32 still works great and is recommended as it is widely compatible.

4. If you don't see the bios/uefi files or there are no bios/uefi files in the folder then exit out of the BIOS/UEFI and restart the computer and switch usb ports re-download a fresh copy of the flash files and double check your motherboard manual BIOS/UEFI settings to make sure your following the flash procedures correctly for your board.

2. Press and hold the Volume up button then press the Power button until the Samsung logo appears then release the Power button.

3. Select wipe data/factory reset.

4. Note Utilize the volume buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.

5. Tap Yes -- delete all user data.

6. Note Allow several seconds for the factory data reset process to complete.

7. Tap reboot system now.

8. Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.

Swelling/Swollen/Puffy Batteries DJI Mavic 2 Zoom Drone

DJI Mavic 2 Zoom battery/batteries swelling/swollen, puffy/puffing, bloating, got the Mavic 2 zoom with extra batteries in the flymore kit in September 2018, they are approximately 8 months old. I used all 3 batteries and charged them fully at least 3-4 times every month and I fly often. It only took 6-8 months for this swelling to start. After a complete flight from a fully charged battery down to like 30% battery power left, the batteries would swell even more and were very hot. They don't swell or puff while charging, it's just after I fly the M2Z for a while that I noticed they would really swell after flight. DJI only gives a 6 month warranty on these batteries from the time they are activated (first charge), but I'm still going to create a case with DJI and see if they will help.
