How To Factory Reset Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 5G (Powered Off)


A factory data hard reset for blank or frozen screen, apps crashing, freezing, keypad/touchscreen problems, can't hear, device making noises, can't make or receive calls, and device won't sync. A factory data reset removes all data including - Google account, System and app data, App settings, Downloaded apps, Music, pictures and videos, etc.

1. Ensure the device is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Volume up button then press the Power button until the Samsung logo appears then release the Power button.
3. Select wipe data/factory reset.
4. Note Utilize the volume buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
5. Tap Yes -- delete all user data.
6. Note Allow several seconds for the factory data reset process to complete.
7. Tap reboot system now.
8. Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.
